This policy explains how Linemesh LLC ("Linemesh," "we," "us") handles information when you visit linemesh.com, use TermWindow, or buy services from us. Linemesh is a Texas limited liability company. We have tried to write this in plain English. If anything is unclear, email us at andrew@linemesh.com.
The short version
- We do not sell your information.
- We share it only with the service providers we need to run our business, such as our hosting and payment providers.
- This website uses no tracking cookies, analytics scripts, or advertising pixels.
- Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Your data belongs to you. You can ask us to export or delete it.
Information we collect
When you visit this website. Our web server keeps standard, short-lived logs, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. We use these logs only to keep the site running and secure.
When you email us. We receive your name, email address, and whatever you choose to write. We use it to reply to you.
When you use TermWindow. We collect your account details (name, email address, and organization name if you have one) and the contract and renewal information you enter or import. If you sign in with Google or Microsoft, we receive only your basic profile, such as your name and email address. We never receive your password.
When you pay us. Payments are processed by Stripe. You enter your payment details on Stripe's secure pages. Stripe tells us whether a payment succeeded, along with basic details such as the plan, the billing contact, and the last four digits of the card. Stripe's use of your information is covered by the Stripe Privacy Policy.
How we use information
We use information only to provide, support, secure, and improve our products and services, to send account and billing emails (such as receipts and renewal reminders), to answer your questions, and to meet our legal and tax obligations. We do not use your data to advertise to you, and we do not sell it.
Who we share it with
We share information only with trusted providers that help us run our business, and only as much as they need. These include our cloud hosting provider, our email delivery provider, and Stripe for payments. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of our customers or ourselves. If Linemesh is ever sold or merged, your information would transfer under the same protections described here, and we would tell you first.
How long we keep it
We keep account data for as long as your account is open. If you close your account or ask us to delete your data, we delete it within 30 days, except for records we must keep for tax, accounting, or legal reasons. Server logs are kept for a short time and then deleted.
Security
We use encrypted connections, limited access, and careful handling to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so if we ever learn of a breach that affects your data, we will tell you promptly.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email andrew@linemesh.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Children
Our products are meant for adults and organizations. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we make meaningful changes, we will update the date at the top of this page, and we will email account owners about any change that affects how we use their data.
