Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between Linemesh LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("Linemesh," "we," "us"), and you, the person or organization that uses our website, our software (including TermWindow), or our services. If you accept these terms for a business or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to do so. Our Privacy Policy and our Refund and Cancellation Policy are part of these terms.

1. Our products and services

Linemesh sells software subscriptions, starting with TermWindow, a renewals tracker for small and midsize businesses, nonprofits, and individuals. We also provide IT support services under a separate written quote or agreement. We may improve, change, or retire features over time, but we will not remove a core feature you are paying for during your current term without notice and a fair remedy.

2. Accounts

Each user should have their own account and keep their sign-in secure. You are responsible for the people you invite to your account and what they do in it. Tell us right away if you think someone has used your account without permission.

3. Pricing and payment

TermWindow is sold as an annual subscription. Current plans are Small at $299 per year, Standard at $799 per year, and Cap at $1,500 per year. Prices are in US dollars. Applicable sales tax is shown at checkout. Payment is due at the start of each term and is processed by Stripe. IT support services are billed as described in the quote or agreement for that work.

4. Renewal and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically each year so your service keeps working. We will email the account owner before each renewal, and we will give at least 30 days' notice of any price change. You can cancel at any time. Details are in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

5. Your data

You own the data you put into our products. You give us permission to store and process it only as needed to provide the service to you. You can export your data at any time, and we will delete it on request, as described in our Privacy Policy. Please do not upload sensitive records such as Social Security numbers, health records, full payment card numbers, or passwords.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our products to break the law, to upload content you do not have the right to share, to access data or systems you are not authorized to use, to interfere with or overload the service, to send spam, or to resell access without our written agreement. We may suspend an account that threatens the security or stability of the service. Where we reasonably can, we will contact you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.

7. Reminders are a tool, not a guarantee

TermWindow helps you stay ahead of renewal dates, but email can be delayed or filtered, and reminders depend on the dates you enter. You remain responsible for your own contracts and deadlines.

8. Disclaimer

Except as stated in these terms, our products and services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or missed deadlines. Each party's total liability under these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

10. Ending the agreement

You may stop using our products at any time. We may end these terms if you seriously break them and do not fix the problem after notice. When an account closes, you will have 30 days to export your data before we delete it.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Texas, unless we both agree otherwise. Before filing any claim, we each agree to try to resolve the issue informally by email first.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will update the date at the top of this page and email account owners about material changes at least 30 days before they take effect.
